The Costa Blanca – Valencia Region Golf Association, ACGCBCV, was founded in 1992. Initially, it was formed by the first clubs located in the Alicante province and was soon joined by new golf courses, hotels, and tourist companies from all over the Valencia Region. Nowadays, the association numbers 24 golf courses and more than 40 hotels, accommodation companies, sponsors, and supplier companies. The ACGCBCV is member of the International Association of Golf Tour Operators, IAGTO, and is considered to be the benchmark in Spain and Europe, working with the most important international tour operators specialising in golf tourism.

Our destination is one of the most in demand destinations for golf tourists from all over Europe and we can count on spectacular golf courses created by the best known designers of all time, names such as Seve Ballesteros, Robert Trent Jones Sr., Jack Nicklaus and Javier Arana, for example. Golf courses near the Mediterranean Sea with a variety of hotel and complementary attractions offer haute cuisine restaurants, fantastic beaches, leisure facilities, Spanish culture, and all kinds of additional services.
In addition to the above, our destination enjoys a privileged micro-climate with very mild winters which are perfect for practising golf outdoors. We work to promote our marvellous destination internationally because our 30 years of experience has shown us how golf players experience and enjoy our region, culture, and our people. We are Mediterranean, light and sea, but mostly we are green, golf green!
